Terms of Service

volti.lol is a profile platform, one shareable page where you collect your links and images. Pages can be public depending on the settings you pick, so anything you put on yours might be visible to anyone. Only publish things you actually have the right to share.

These Terms ("Terms") apply whenever you visit, sign in, or otherwise use volti.lol (the "Service"). Sticking around after we update them counts as agreeing to the new version, alongside any laws that apply where you live or where you're using the Service from.

The Service itself (our code, branding, design, and the materials we provide) is covered by copyright and other IP laws. Copying it, redistributing it, or otherwise using it without permission is a fast track to having your account paused or shut down.

We can revise these Terms whenever it makes sense, to reflect new features, legal requirements, or how the Service actually works in practice. Updates kick in once they're published here or sent your way another way, and continuing to use volti.lol after that means you're on board with the new version. Worth checking back every so often.

When a change meaningfully affects a paid plan (pricing, what auto-renewal looks like, or removing a feature you paid for) we'll do our best to give you a heads-up via the Service or by email before it takes effect. If the new Terms don't sit right with you, stop using the Service, and cancel any paid plan before the next billing cycle if you have one.

volti.lol is here for you to use lawfully and within these Terms, that's the core deal. Don't do anything that breaks, slows down, or destabilizes the Service, and don't make it harder for anyone else to enjoy their own page or yours.

Pick a username that's legal, honest, and isn't stepping on anyone's rights. Anything that's misleading, offensive, infringing, or that pretends to be an official volti.lol account can be reclaimed, renamed, or suspended at our end.

Whatever shows up on your page (every link, every image, every choice) is on you. While you're using volti.lol, you also agree to leave the security and integrity of the Service alone. In particular:

• Don't try to bypass our security, rate limits, or access controls, and don't go looking for vulnerabilities to poke at.
• Don't pretend to be someone else (another person, a brand, a volti.lol staff member) or imply we've endorsed, sponsored, or partnered with you when we haven't.
• Don't sneak into other users' accounts, private data, or any backstage area of the Service that isn't meant for you.
• Don't run bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tooling against the Service without us giving you the green light in writing first.
• Don't upload or host malware, exploits, or other harmful payloads, and don't use the Service to coordinate attacks on other systems.
• Don't publish or link to sexually explicit material, anything that sexualizes minors, content that glorifies real-world violence or exploitation, or anything else that crosses a legal or community-standards line.

When something on our platform looks like it breaks these Terms, raises a security or legal concern, or hurts the rest of the community, we can pause, restrict, take down, or terminate the account, page, or content involved. Sometimes we'll warn you first, sometimes we won't. It depends on the situation.

Having an account means we can email you about the things you actually need to know: password resets, account alerts, billing receipts. We may also send the occasional product update or marketing email where the law allows it; every one of those carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out won't affect the essential stuff.

Image hosting is built for the kind of files you capture and share: screenshots, screen recordings, and clips. It is not a general-purpose CDN, an origin server, a media backend for an app, a bot's storage layer, or any other automated pipeline, public or private. Don't bulk-upload, mass hotlink, or push traffic patterns that stick the rest of the platform with the bill.

Files that hurt performance or break these Terms are fair game for us to throttle, re-encode, optimize, or pull. If image hosting is being abused, expect tightened limits, and in serious cases, the loss of the feature or the account behind it.

We take sensible organizational and technical steps to keep the Service and your data safe. No system on the internet is bulletproof, though, so we can't promise perfect security.

Keeping your password and login methods to yourself is your job. If you spot anything suspicious (an unfamiliar session, a login you didn't make, anything off) let us know at support@volti.lol as soon as you can.

Anything you put on the Service (text, images, links, anything else) is yours to stand behind. By posting it, you confirm that you actually own it or have permission to use it, that you're allowed to grant us the license described in the next paragraph, and that nothing about the content breaks the law or steps on someone else's rights (intellectual property, privacy, publicity, you name it).

When you post content, you grant volti.lol a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, reformat, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works of that content, to the extent reasonably required to run, maintain, promote, and improve the Service. To the maximum extent the law allows, you waive any moral or similar rights you may have in that content as it relates to our use under this license.

The license ends when you remove the content from the Service, with two exceptions: (a) other users may have copied, re-shared, or embedded it elsewhere and we can't reach into their copies; and (b) we may keep our own copies for as long as we need them for legal, regulatory, security, audit, dispute, or Terms-enforcement reasons.

Your content stays yours throughout. If a third party comes after us because of something you posted, or because of how you used the Service or broke a law, you agree to defend volti.lol and our affiliates and to cover any resulting losses or costs.

Sometimes we hand out images, icons, animations, or other assets meant for use on volti.lol pages. Those are licensed for your volti.lol page only, and only in line with any written guidelines we publish or third-party terms attached to the assets themselves.

Some content and conduct we won't host on volti.lol, period. The list below is illustrative (not the complete list) and anything we decide is putting users, the platform, or our compliance posture at risk can trigger immediate enforcement, with or without notice.

• Posting, transmitting, or linking to anything that breaks local, national, or international law, including material that helps or encourages someone else to break it.
• Trampling someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or sharing content you don't own and aren't authorized to share.
• Sharing defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material, and absolutely no sexualization of minors or non-consensual imagery.
• Running scams, phishing pages, impersonation campaigns, spam, or anything else designed to mislead or to collect information from people without their consent.
• Pushing malware, exploits, DDoS payloads, mass-scraping operations, or other tools meant to disrupt or overload the Service or the infrastructure under it.
• Encouraging or glorifying violence, terrorism, discrimination, or self-harm, or using volti.lol to coordinate or amplify those things.

When something crosses one of these lines (or any other Terms or legal requirement) we can remove the content, restrict the feature, or take action on the account behind it. If the situation calls for it, we'll also report what we see to law enforcement and cooperate with valid investigations.

Linking a third-party account (Discord, social platforms, messaging apps, anything similar) is optional. If you do connect one, you're letting us access and store whatever data the other service shares with us based on its permissions and your settings. Your relationship with that other service is governed by its terms, not ours, and we aren't responsible for what it does or fails to do.

volti.lol shows and links to plenty of third-party sites, services, and content. That's kind of the whole point of a bio link page. We don't run those sites, don't vouch for them, and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or how they treat you. Following an outside link is on you.

You're free to add third-party links to your page as long as it's legal and you're not implying we've endorsed, sponsored, or partnered with anyone we haven't. Anything that looks unlawful, misleading, or otherwise out of bounds (link or media) is something we can pull.

Your account is yours alone. Don't share your credentials, hand out logins, or resell access. Anything that happens under your account gets attributed to you, and credential sharing is one of the fastest ways to lose access for everyone involved.

Patterns we tend to catch (coordinated abuse, account-resale behavior, ban evasion, payment-method recycling) usually trigger action across every account we can tie to the same activity, plus the payment methods linked to them.

Listed prices are pre-tax and don't include processing fees or other extras. The final amount you pay is calculated at checkout and depends on your location and what you're buying. We can adjust pricing whenever; changes don't reach back into payments you've already made unless we're correcting an error.

• Badges have to be your own original work, no cloning or near-copies of volti.lol's official badges or system marks.
• Badges follow the same Terms as everything else on the platform, including the content and IP rules above.
• We can review, restrict, or pull badges that step over those lines, with or without warning.
• Abusing the badge system can cost you customization access, partially or entirely.

Whenever you buy something through the Service, the account and purchase details you give us need to be complete, accurate, and current. Keep your email, payment method, and card expiry up to date so transactions go through and we can get hold of you when needed.

Placing an order means agreeing to pay the price displayed at checkout, plus any processing or shipping fees, and authorizing us to charge your selected payment provider for that amount. If we discover a pricing error after the fact, we can correct it, even on charges we've already taken.

We may turn down any order, or cap quantities per person, household, or order. Caps can apply across accounts, payment methods, and billing or shipping addresses that look connected. Orders that read as dealer, reseller, or distributor activity may be limited or refused outright.

Payments to volti.lol are final. Unless the law tells us a refund is owed, we don't refund for change of mind, services you didn't end up using, or partial use of a plan.

When we mess up the billing (wrong amount, wrong product, a charge that shouldn't have happened) we may refund or credit the difference at our discretion. Email support@volti.lol with the details if you think a charge needs a second look.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a charge that's actually valid breaks these Terms. Where that happens, we can suspend, restrict, or terminate the account and pull access to anything you bought until the dispute is closed.

Using volti.lol also means our Privacy Policy applies. It walks through what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By being here, you're consenting to the practices we describe in that policy.

Once an account deletion request is verified, all of your personal account data and the content you posted are permanently removed from our active systems. There's no undoing it. Some logs and backups linger briefly for security, integrity, and legal-compliance reasons, then get rotated out automatically. We don't keep deleted data for analytics, business decisions, or any other downstream use after that.

The Service itself and the materials we provide on it (your own content excepted) are protected by copyright and other IP laws. Unless these Terms or the law explicitly say so, you can't copy, change, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer (beyond what the law specifically permits), or build derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission first.

These Terms hand you the narrow set of rights you need to access and use the Service as described, nothing more. Every other right stays with volti.lol and our licensors.

When valid legal process lands at our door, we cooperate to the extent the law requires. Law enforcement and rights holders looking for information or action can send written requests to legal@volti.lol.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless volti.lol and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal and expert fees) that arises from or relates to your content, your use or misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

We may take exclusive control of the defense and resolution of any matter you would otherwise be indemnifying us for; in that case, you agree to cooperate with that defense in good faith.

volti.lol is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim every express, implied, and statutory warranty, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We can't promise the Service will always be online, on time, secure, or free of errors, and we can't promise every defect will be patched. You use it at your own risk.

These Terms apply from the moment you first touch the Service and stay in effect until either side ends the relationship. You can step away whenever you want. On our side, we can suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, access, or content for any reason these Terms allow: Terms violations, misuse, fraud, unpaid bills, operational needs, or legal compliance.

Once the agreement ends, the rights we'd granted you under these Terms end with it. The clauses that ought to outlive termination (ownership, outstanding payments, disclaimers, indemnities, liability caps, and the governing-terms language) keep on applying after the rest is gone.

Backing up your content and account data is on you. We do take sensible precautions on our end, but we can't guarantee data will never be lost, corrupted, or temporarily unreachable.

Within the limits set by our Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may process, retain, and use a limited set of user data for things like security, fraud prevention, infrastructure maintenance, analytics, and legal compliance. We aren't liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of user data stored on or sent through the Service.
